Vincent has over 18 years of experience in the construction and architecture industries with his projects mainly being based in New York City. He has an enriched portfolio that consists of residential (single family, multi-family, mix-use, custom homes), commercial (office, dining establishments, physical cultural establishments, retail), industrial (manufacturing, warehouse) and institutional (medical, educational, religious). His architectural vision makes him a precise critic when analyzing drawings, job reports, site visits, as-built conditions, etc. Vincent strives to build long lasting professional relationships with coworkers, clients, and industry partners to guarantee key communication for an optimum project delivery. He is also fluent in English and Spanish which allows him to cultivate close relationships with workers on all job sites.

Vincent obtained a Master’s degree in Architecture from Universidad Catolica y Tecnologica del Cibao in the Dominican Republic. He also took several courses in Architectural Design at Parson School of Design in New York City. He has his NYC General Contractor Registration and 40 hours of OSHA safety training. His professional affiliations include the (AIA) American Institute of Architects, (NCARB) Architectural Registration Board and (BCSP) Board of Certified Professionals.
