Michael Johnikin brings over a decade of experience in construction and project management, specializing in quality control, project completion, and problem-solving.

He started at Great Southern Homes, moving from warranty work to quality control, ensuring homes met high standards before purchase. At Palmetto Design & Associates, he played a key role in finishing hotel projects, stepping in where needed to meet deadlines. At Bobbitt Construction, he handled similar responsibilities while also supervising commercial upfit projects. His hands-on approach and commitment to quality make him a strong asset to Montgomery Construction.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys time with his family, including his granddaughter, who calls him “Pops.” He also loves the outdoors, exercising, and caring for his family’s many pets.
