Davis brings a diverse financial background spanning homebuilding, land development, and wealth management. As Senior Financial Analyst at United Homes Group, he developed and managed the long-range financial model for a publicly traded homebuilder, supporting performance reporting across multiple divisions and providing financial insights to executive leadership, division presidents, and the board of directors.

Prior to United Homes Group, Davis served as a Financial Analyst at PC Land Development, where he underwrote a substantial portfolio of land development projects and helped establish land banking funds that supported community acquisition and development initiatives. He began his career advising high-net-worth clients on investment strategy and wealth preservation at The Vanguard Group and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Davis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a concentration in Data Analytics from the University of South Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, skiing, weightlifting, and cooking.
