Project Manager

Drake Ihrie brings more than eight years of construction experience to Montgomery Construction, with a background spanning commercial, residential, and field operations. Throughout his career, he has managed projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while maintaining a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.

A Lexington-area native, Drake began his career in the field and worked his way through superintendent and field management roles before transitioning into project management. His experience includes residential construction projects valued upwards of $4.5 million and commercial construction projects reaching $17 million, along with managing multiple projects and construction operations throughout the Midlands.

Drake is OSHA 30 certified and a Certified Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Inspector (CEPSCI). His hands-on construction background, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships with clients and trade partners make him a valuable addition to the Montgomery Construction team.
