Superintendent

Originally from Los Angeles, Tom began his career in the U.S. Army, serving in Germany in support of Operation Desert Storm. After his service, he returned to his construction roots—starting a residential building business focused on custom homes and remodels. He even built his own home in the countryside, where he explored sustainable farming and hands-on craftsmanship.

Tom eventually transitioned into commercial construction, working on notable projects in downtown Greenville, SC, including the Governor’s School, municipal developments, restaurants, and historic restorations. His career evolved into traveling superintendent roles managing multifamily renovations through tax credit programs, and later, overseeing new construction of luxury apartment communities across multiple states. With decades of field experience and a steady, solutions-driven leadership style, Tom brings unmatched reliability and pride to every project he leads.
