Superintendent
Scott Grillo brings over four decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry, having started his career in 1980 as a carpenter’s helper. Over the years, he steadily advanced through the ranks, building a deep understanding of construction from the ground up. After 25 years in the field, Scott transitioned into a Superintendent role, where he has since overseen a broad range of projects across the commercial and custom residential sectors.
His project portfolio includes work on educational facilities, municipal buildings, industrial complexes, retail spaces, historic restorations, and high-end custom homes. Scott also spent 10 years successfully running his own construction company, gaining valuable insight into both field operations and business management. Though he briefly retired, his passion for building brought him back to the industry—something he considers essential to both his identity and daily drive.
Outside of work, Scott is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing. He is also a skilled metalworker, specializing in handcrafted knives and blades, including custom hunting and pocket knives, chef knife sets, and traditional swords.
