Nicholas Crow has 4 years of construction experience with both residential and commercial projects. He specializes in bringing rigor to projects which enables client control and visibility into every phase of an investment. Nicholas’ early success has come from insuring that detailed project specifications and requirements are documented and leveraged throughout a project, thus ensuring that a client is always aware of construction progress, cost progression, and quality. He is skilled in building trust and accountability into every one of his project delivery teams. Nicholas has demonstrated effectiveness in bringing difficult projects to closure while ensuring that clients receive the quality and function that was expected at initialization.

Nicholas has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina. He also carries a B-2 DELE (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera) certification in Spanish. Nicholas previously worked with Legacy Homes & Investments and Net Lease Development Inc. in Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, SC.
