Joel A. Soto is a seasoned Project Manager with over 20 years of combined experience in large-scale construction and military operations. He holds an MBA in Project Management from the University of Louisiana and a BA in Business from Purdue University. Joel has led multifamily developments through every phase—from buyout and permitting to inspections, lender reporting, and final closeout—while implementing process improvements that enhance budget control, documentation, and scheduling.

Before transitioning to civilian construction, Joel served 13 years in the U.S. Army as a Construction Team Leader and Operations Manager, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects and international training initiatives. His disciplined, solutions-oriented leadership style, coupled with strong technical and communication skills, ensures that every project is delivered with precision, accountability, and measurable results.
